Our team includes an OB/GYN, Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), registered nurses (RNs), and support staff. Our work is enhanced by the contributions of volunteers who are trained in a variety of tasks in and out of the clinic and provide many hours of service each year.
Dr. Alice Haupt has joined our team as an OB-GYN. With her background, she brings a plethora of experience to our team and patents and can meet many of the necessary reproductive needs. Alice not only is able to complete full physical exams, she is able to provide a wide variety of birth control options and colposcopy services to our patients. We are excited have her as part of our team and look forward to assisting more people in southwest Wisconsin. Alice is based out of our Platteville location.
Susan Greene, APNP, is our newest provider, as our nurse practitioner, serving mostly our Monroe and Dodgeville locations. Susan has been with our organization since 2016, initially as a nurse, and now as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health. Susan is able to provider education, birth control options, including IUDs and Nexplanon, and prenatal care coordination services.
Our Registered Nurses are specially trained to provide yearly preventative visits that don’t require an exam, birth control method start, STD testing with no signs or symptoms and pregnancy testing services. Our nurses are Tammy, and Melissa.
Jane, and Brittney are the friendly faces that helps get your visit started and will assist you in signing up for the Family Planning Only Services benefit for coverage of your services. They will help you schedule an appointment and provide your pharmacy supply for pick up or mail. Trisha can also help you set up a payment plan and can help field questions you may have about your coverage.
Angie is our Program Director, who oversees all aspects of the clinic. With a background in business, Angie hopes to increase the awareness of the services we are able to provide to residents in Grant, Iowa, Lafayette, and Green counties as well as create partnerships that will benefit residents as well.
